Dietz Mobility Power chair – Is it worth it?
I’m an ambulatory wheelchair user and for the last two years I have been using the Dietz Sango Advanced power wheelchair. The decision to buy this wheelchair was a big one and one I do not regret in any way. Before Brum – my power chair: Before Brum I was using a manual self-propel wheelchair with a power add-on, essentially turning my self-propel into a small power chair. This was perfect for me when I bought it, it lasted me several years around 5 years I believe. During year’s 4 and 5 we started to discuss what the next step would be if we could afford to replace it –…

Accessible Glamping in Wales
AD | This experience was gifted to me by Dulas Glamping in exchange for a review. My review is honest and entirely my own. My happy place is the outdoors, whether that’s in the countryside or by the sea. Growing up I got to do a lot of both. I’d visit the New Forest with my Grandparents and we would ride our bikes for miles. It’s a feeling I have not yet been able to replicate since becoming a wheelchair user. The countryside isn’t a particularly accessible place, which is why I am excited to share my experience with Dulas Glamping. Pippa from Dulas Glamping kindly gifted us our stay…

However, I still wanted to share the last 2 years with my E-Fix with you and along with some overwhelming support over on my Instagram I decided it was time to post. 5 Tips for Living with PoTS
AD| Affiliate Link *Disclaimer: I am not a medical professional and I am sharing my own personal experiences.* 1. If you can do it laying down, do it laying down! Sitting upright can be challenging when living with PoTS. So use your upright time wisely by doing everything you can laying down. Split your upright time between things you have to do like chores and things you want to do like hobbies, dinner with family. Whatever you do try to find some balance. 2. STAY. HYDRATED. And use Electrolytes. Tips on staying hydrated are probably better coming from someone who doesn’t spend most of her time dehydrated but it’s a…
